At IGARSS 2024, we understand that attending conferences can be challenging for delegates with young children. That's why we are pleased to announce the availability of two dedicated family rooms to provide a comfortable and welcoming space for families attending the congress.
Equipped with essential amenities such as changing tables, nursing chairs, and baby-friendly facilities, our family rooms are designed to accommodate the needs of parents and their little ones. Whether you need a quiet space for feeding or a convenient area for diaper changes, our family rooms offer a safe and supportive environment for families to relax and refresh during the congress.
Located within the congress venue, our family rooms provide easy access for delegates with children, allowing parents to fully participate in the event without worrying about childcare arrangements. We welcome families to make use of these facilities and encourage parents to reach out to our staff for any additional assistance or support they may need.
Please note that children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while using the family room facilities. To ensure the safety and security of all individuals, the accompanying person must present their passport and specify whether they are the parent or guardian of the child. This policy helps us maintain a supportive and welcoming environment for families attending the congress, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Located within the congress venue, our lactation room provides a private and comfortable space for mothers to breastfeed or express milk in a peaceful and supportive environment.
Equipped with comfortable seating, privacy screens, and essential amenities, our lactation room offers nursing mothers a quiet retreat where they can attend to their baby's needs with ease and convenience. Whether you need a moment of privacy to nurse your baby or a comfortable space to express milk, our lactation room is available to provide the support and comfort you deserve.
We understand the importance of supporting nursing mothers in their breastfeeding journey, and we are committed to providing a welcoming environment where mothers can feel comfortable and confident in caring for their babies. We encourage nursing mothers to utilize our lactation room during their time at IGARSS 2024 and invite them to reach out to our staff for any additional assistance or support they may need.
